Socialist Alternative Curtin

Socialist Alternative is a left-wing, anti-capitalist club on campus. We are actively involved in all campaigns against oppression and exploitation.

What we do

We are active in campaigns for refugee rights, Aboriginal rights, LGBTI rights, against Islamophobia, against sexism, for worker’s rights, Palestinian liberation, against cuts to healthcare, education and welfare and against war. For those interested in finding out more about socialist ideas, we run regular introduction to Marxism discussion groups and host meetings on and off campus.
